The Annexa and Caretaker's House at Mickelfield House, Rawdon, LS19, were purchased by from Leeds City Council. The currently vacant buildings are to undergo refurbishment to develop four houses and two apartments, with garden spaces and car parking for residents.
The development will reflect the strong sense of community in Rawdon.

Sale agreed with Leeds City Council for the Grade II listed building, built in the early 19th Century.
The property is currently in a poor state of repair and in need of refurbishment.
